Carlow GAA are inviting expressions of interest from Competent Registered Building Contractors who wish to be considered to tender for the New Build Construction (Phase 1) of Dressing Rooms and Ancillary Facilities complex at Carlow GAA Centre of Excellence, Lumcloone, Fennagh, Co. Carlow.
Phase 1 includes the construction of the Shell & Core of the building, consisting of Steel Frame, Roof Structure, Rendered Block external walls, finished floor and external windows and doors.
Submissions should be sent to operations.carlow@gaa.ie by 17.00 on Friday 21.11.2025.
Experience in Commercial type Construction preferred. Qualifying criteria may apply.
