St. Mullins face into a Westmeath challenge next weekend that they will be very wary of after last year’s defeat to Raharney. Clonkill overcame the same opposition two weeks ago to lift the crown and in so doing set up a clash with the men from South Carlow. If St. Mullins fire in similar fashion as they did against MLR they will be hard to contain and there is nothing surer that they would like to give Leinster a real crack this year.
St Patricks and O’Hanrahans both face difficult trips to Meath and Westmeath respectively but both should travel in confidence having won both their Championships in convincing fashion.
Carlow GAA wishes all our teams in action this weekend the very best of luck and hope they will all represent us well.
